I got ID=17 all of a sudden today. I Restarted the router and computer, let the computer cool and all that. But I cant play any games. plz help. |

I'm having a guess it can be a regional shutdown on the servers for that side might be bugged out where your unable to join it.
So it will take some time till they notice it or find it.

Hello, I have recently been having trouble with this issue. For all users with this issue the most simple solution is to restart your computer. If you would not like to do this, you may try frequently joining your preferred game although this may take 2-10 minutes to complete. |

There's allot of troubleshoots on here that show you how. Ignore the false ones around.
But sometimes you have to clear the roblox folder too fix the issue or full on restarting the computer. But if it doesn't help just delete the roblox appdata plus roblox itself and reinstall.

Is there any other way to reinstall?
I uninstalled roblox and trying to reinstall it again but there is no download button at. Not even when I join a game. |

Press play on any place and itll pop up a install for roblox.
That's what you got to do. For build mode you have to go too your place and click edit and install roblox studios :D

Sometimes the anti virus might block it or you have to go to another browser too have that work.
You have to go too your place click it and it goes too the page for it. Click the gear and click edit :)
If nothing happens you have to go to another browser too make it work. If it's not working check if your anti virus is blocking or or ad block is blocking it if you have one.

i'll look more into it.
I tried another browser and still nothing.
Here are the things I done to try and get into the game without saying ID = 17 (something like that)
Restart computer (did 2 times)
Go to different browsers
Clicked on the game more than 50 times
Go to different computers
Try to join every hour or so
There might be more but I forgot.
Anything else? |

Try clearing out the data for roblox and checking if the anti virus is blocking it. Just turn off the anti virus for a small bit and click play too see if it will work. If not turn it back on.
They might be having issues with roblox right now?
