When i'm trying to play Roblox on my pc, it always works. But when I try to play on my laptop, i always get 'Failed to connect to the game (ID=17). I haven't done anything at all to block Roblox on my laptop, and they're using the same browser (mozilla firefox). So can anyone of you explain why this is happening? Because it's driving me mad when my pc ain't working and I want to play Roblox.

It's easy to fix, I had it and fixed it - I know a lot about computers. Just go to your desktop and press 'The Windows Key + R' it brings up 'Run' type in %temp% then press 'enter'. It brings up your Temporary files, just find the Roblox one and Delete It. Simples...
