new server button

when you go to a game and there is only one server and a total noob is in it and you want to play the game with your friend so badly and he just wont get out, a simple new server button would help it would just create another server to play in. very simple idea.

If there are no servers that are not laggy and if there is say. a masser that stays if people try and reset a server, and if there isn't any "kick" script, then you should be able to just start a new.

People would abuse. But in the long run we have ended the issues i have stated earlier in this thread. Perhaps we could make it to where a server could only be made within a certain time limit, i don't know. If we don't give criticisms and brainstorm how we get over those kinks in the system, then the system can't be as useful as it could be to the rest of the roblox community.

How about not just ANYBODY can forceably start a new server, yet only members can, but even members can't start a new server at will, maybe there could be new kinds of tokens that you could gain weekly but not daily, i mean, how many times would you really need to start a new server? Plus you could not be the only one trying to start a server up.

No support. ROBLOX has to pay for every server created. If you don't want to enter the 'noob' server, go to another one. Simple as that.

Well if you do perhaps read all of my posts then you would understand that there wouldn't be room to make all of those servers AND if we just give criticisms and no solutions then where have we gone from that point to this point? No where, because just taking an idea and bashing it doesn't do anything, we need to build on it to help.

That was to 1204 or whatever, well, what if there isn't another server to go to? eh? Some games have like one to three servers, and sometimes they ALL have noobs in them. It takes one nub to start trouble. :l

You realize the fact that servers cost ROBLOX money, right? What if these so-called "noobs" spam-clicked the new server button just to waste ROBLOX's money? Surely you don't want your life to go bankrupt. Aside from that, not like you can't just find another server. This is ROBLOX. No popular game has ever run out of open servers.

They actually pay for a set amount of servers, that each run smaller "worker servers"(or virtual servers) that are given a set amount of the CPU to do stuff with. Roblox sees "Oh hey, our servers are crazy laggy now. Looks like we need MOAR RAM! So, they rent a new server. (Let's face it, those big commercial server towers roughly 6 the size of a person take roughly 2-3 grand to build, not including maintenance(oh no, your CPU melted!), power, internet etc.) tl;dr: No.

Obviously you guys aren't listening to me. Look. One, sometimes servers are not available. Two, if we set, you know restrictions, then no noob can spam servers. Three i realize that they have to pay for the servers, and really with the restrictions that i can think of and the fact that only a certain number of people are really on at one time playing other games, this option could work. So to summarize what i have said already and add some stuff, here. Member only option Certain Number of Votes to start a new server Tokens to vote Get tokens every week or so. Now lets all HELP ME ON THIS! Don't just critique it and leave it to rot. I'm tired of sitting waiting for a non laggy server on one of my favorite games, i hope any of you out there understand this.
