ROBLOX is about BUILDING, not shopping and showing off. ROBLOX should make every hat FREE, so you can build in style, and not look at your ROBUX icon for HOURS, AND HOURS. Or, at least make them as much as they cost in the REAL WORLD (Not those weird magic things, those can stay the same) I mean in the real world, W inc. Shades would cost $950 MAX, not $RBX9500, and clockwork's headphones would cost about $3000 if they were "SO SPECIAL." |

How about remove hats completely? Make so much less segregation of people going "UMG U NOOB BECAUSE U HAVE NU ROBUX HATS!"

i do support but... most people i know build levels for tix/robux and use it for hats, faces,etc so there would be no point in tix/robux then most people would stop building altogether so you need to think about the future of roblox if that happened. |

ROBLOX has other beneficial values besides building and scripting. It also works on the monetary/business side of ROBLOX. Some people might not be future architects or Site creators. Some people might be CEO of D.E.R.P. Incorporated. Hats and such cost money so they can learn to spend, sell, or trade. So, no support. Also, this is technically against WNTS, if you think about it. More rights for BC/NBC. This is asking for the right of free hats. Also, ROBLOX would lose money. People wouldn't care for BC if they could just click to have an item.
SOO... Again... No support. Idea failed. |

So you start bragging about Roblox is about building and not shopping, yet later say you should have hats FREE, so "you can build in style"?. So being able to buy hats wouldn't allow you to "build in style"?, but getting those same exact hats for free would?
Seems to me like you just don't want to pay for hats.

YEAH OR LIKE A FREE HAT DAY EVERY ITEM IS FREE FOR LIKE 5 or 10 mins but message all people of robloxia the day before and make it on a weekend so people have a chance of getting some hats. |

The closest we have EVER gotten to free hats is from gifts, and contest(which I haven't seen much of, lately DX), and it will stay that way, no matter how many kids complain about things being too expensive, and such.
The reason roblox has so many hats (and BC perks for that matter) is to make money. They are a corporation, it takes MONEY to run a corporation, they are not greedy, they are simply conducting business.
Absolutely ZERO support.

Well, the soul purpose is building, but only a mid-small fraction of the community is actual builders, whilst the others are social players.
I know the hats or any other fashion item are irrelevant to the meaning of "BLOX", but you can't force a community to change their habits. And, if it is all about building, then the hats would have no value - thus meaning their existence is futile. |
