Increase the difference between comments to 60 seconds

It would decrease spam, because 15 seconds isn't really enough. I think 60 seconds is better and would decrease spam.

I think it would, because people would realize it's impossible to "POST THIS ON 10 HATS IN 10 MINUTES FOR FREE ROBUX".

I very rarely see a "in 10 minutes" part. It's ussually just post it on 10 items log our log in or a link to a website.
