Keep the fee's how they were, and anyone who is banned, implement this fee raise on them for a specific amount of time. Mhmm.
Stop complaining about the dang Marketplace Fee. You make more money than NBC'ers. And you should stop exploiting the money earned from the sales of virtual items, and use them for their original purpose.
