No, many users have, in the past, asked me to trade accounts because they wanted my name. They could false-report me a lot so that my account becomes terminated. (For some bizarre reason they wanted my name) |

Just my input here, but they could just create a new account under a different name with the same ease. On top of that, choosing the same name would be a detriment to them, as people would still know them to be the troll. In addition, if it gets out of hand, account creation can be locked and the user can be IP-banned. There would be absolutely no difference between the way it works now, and the way it'd work with this system in place - except for the recycling of trolled name-snipes.
