Changes to ROBLOX Player

To give our players the freedom to use their preferred web browser, we have done away with the old ROBLOX Browser. All you have to do play ROBLOX is launch it from the program menu or desktop like you usually do - or press Play on any game. It will start up in your preferred web browser. It's just the same as if you went to www.roblox.com and then to the games page. If you are still having trouble playing ROBLOX, try uninstalling it and re-installing, or clearing your browser cookies. If you're still having problems after that please write to [email protected].

To be honest i kinda liked the old roblox better...whenever i use a browser for anything it goes slow. same with any browser so this is kind of an inconvienence (Idk how to spell it) for me. the original ROBLOX browser was better and i think you guys should put it back

@Frost; If everyone keeps 'protesting' this, then thats going to get the mods annoyed, and they most likely WON'T bring it back.

I would rather have the old back....... it ran faster. i cant even go to page 2 in the games. Or select genre.... please change it back

I think they are working on a new ROBLOX browser, but for now we make do with standard browsers.

Hate the new Roblox preffered browser thing. The ROBLOX Browser was faster. The only way I can get the original Roblox browser back is by going onto roblox studio and clicking View>Game Layout. It gives you the old roblox browser.

I loved the new update. I can launch Roblox directly from Firefox. You can also remove offsite ads with an add-on.

I want the old ROBLOX Browser back! It loads faster and the internet makes ROBLOX so Slow, bring the Old Browser back now!

ever since this started i havnt been able to get on the roblox desctop or whatever it is i click it and it wont load and i loose connection to games all the time it dosnt work for me

I'm actually liking this change. Now I can play roblox on Mozilla Firefox 14.0 and its a little faster than usual now I won't have to deal with it crashing.

Honestly, most of us preferred the old browser, due to the fact that they ran smoother and were more familliar, the web browser thing is not much of an improvement in my opinion.
