Can't enter build mode via Chrome

I get some error that says "Bad argument" First of all, who is arguing, and why is that getting in the way of me building? Second, fix this. D: I am an eggspert in this eggcelent art of egg puns.

I been having the same problem every time I try to get into studio mode it would just tell me it needs to be updated , Reinstall the launch prog. and even tried doing the same with my browser with no results.
