Copyright Infringements in User Games

Did anybody else notice all the games that are using the same Title, Idea, and whatnots of Copyrighted things? Games like a really famous realistic Apples to Apples got removed due to COPYRIGHT infringement and put ROBLOX at risk of being sued. Shouldn't we remove most games that infact break these copyright before ROBLOX gets into serious trouble? ~~It's a small world after all, it's a small.. small.. world!~~

Well, they may have the same title, but, it's not the same game, but ohm.... it really doesn't matter..

Companies will usually give some sort of warning before they file any lawsuits. Giving someone time to comply with your requests before suing is MUCH easier and cheaper than going straight into a legal battle.
