Working on my 1st obby.... Help?

I just joined ROBLOX on my main April 18, and I need help building. I know how to make the checkpoints for the obby, and I can edit the name and make the lava or whatever, But I need a idea what it could be like, and getting help creating WORKING lava waves for one of my 20 CPs of my obby. I have seen some good obbies, but I cant get a idea how to make part of it.....

I mean, I think I should just make it based on a creepypasta or something, but I cant decide on WHICH. Squidward's Suicide, Jeff, or Slendy.
