All genres are neutral. it just depends on the person performing and the opinion of the person listening. Me? I can hardly listen to rap, but whenever I find a good one, the song doesn't tend to get the red lightsaber treatment on YT.

Rap is ok, there are quite a few good rappers around, even more in the 80's and 90's. Most of today's rappers have been killing the genre though. Real hip-hop comes from the heart, and most of today's rappers haven't experienced true soul, so they can't rap, but they sell records anyway. PANRIFIC!
