[To get the whole understanding please try to read the whole thing and some side affects may occur] I've recently come up with a few ways spam can reported besides reporting that actual post. Reporting that actual post only "[Content Deletes]" that particular post, and gives a warning to that player only one time. (More towards people who spam a post two or more times) (The Warning system is different for this type of Report) Since people are reported per post why not be reported for the whole page of comments (The whole commentary section tab or checking the page of threads). It can easily give a ban to that annoying player instead of constantly pressing "Report Abuse" on every single post, especially when your a one man army trying to do the right thing. The button will be around the same location as the "Report Abuse" button. (It will not replace the Report Abuse button) This button will be named "Consistency Check" (Or whatever you want to name it), which will automatically Report every post that can be successfully reported. For example, it will report in keywords ("'Post this' on 5 Gears etc., 'Press F5', etc., 'Remove The Letter' etc.") This will also check for special characters like #&^%$, if nothing bad comes out then it'll remove the special characters to see what shows up, (P^re**ss F#5 will be Press F5). And there's all sorts of combinations keywords can create. Posts that come out positive will deleted This Report system is different from the "Report Abuse" system, yet similar. If someone reports a Player and no results come out, then that person who reported the player will not get a warning. If multiple results do come out then each result would be reported as if a normal Report. If a player didn't mean to post something bad the player will get only one warning. (Still gets sent to a Moderator) **Posts that come out positive will deleted **Still Moderated by Moderators. Please give feedback. If you could take or make something else on this, what would you change or create?

I think an account that continues to spam is silenced quickly enough.

Oh, I forgot to add 'IP Checker". It will check the user by IP. If the IP has multiple reports and they are on an alt, that alt will get banned.

This could be done. However, like MasterArchitect100 says, they do get banned quite quickly and doesn't require much more attention. Also being how players can keep creating accounts, they may not really need to care if they went on and added better spam reporting.

If JaredValdez can keep creating accounts and likely changing his IP, than players can keep making alts. Just saying.

What kid would be so bored, that they create infinite spam accounts JUST to annoy players? I don't see spam as a common problem anyway (although I haven't been on the forums for awhile).

The point of spam is to simply get players to either think they may achieve a high amount of currency or get players to visit their places. Maybe even buy a fake VIP t-shirt for a game.

@Aldar, why not checker when press "Login". Like if it's a successful login for somebody it will always update that IP address to that player. But still, your right anyone can change their IP.

@131x: There is no way to prevent people from making new accounts. Unless the staff makes it more difficult to create accounts. But that is only if they are willing to loose the ability to get players to create accounts easy and quick.
