1. It's in the WNTS.
2. Voice moderation is very complicated, due to the different tones people have.
3. Even if their was a voice recognition, it still wouldn't work well. Sometimes people have an accent and it won't be able to decode it well. Siri sometimes doesn't work, it says cat when you bat.
4. People can speak of inappropriate content, and once they've said it, it's out there and everyone heard.
5. Sometimes people lie about there age, as you should know this.
6. People can make noises, modify their voice, or harass others.
7. This gives out too much information. By their voice you can tell their age, and sometimes their location, by their accent.
8. A 40-year old man can modify his voice to sound like a kid, and stalk/harass little boys or girls over this internet.
