Who here is tired of receiving warnings for posting shortened links to places on ROBLOX?
Well, with this idea, that won't happen any more.
What I suggest is a computer program that actually checks the location that is within the shortened link. Doing this would prevent some ragequitting.

Eh... It is, technically, your fault for condensing the link. As long as it's not ROBLOX.com, the game does have a right to punish you. For me, I almost never open condensed links because I have no idea where they might go to. |

Theres a website that check bad links. |

@acebaton This never happened to me.
The links I am talking about lead to things ON Roblox.com.
Your argument is invalid.

@Kot
Shortened URLs can lead anywhere. Even if the person claims it goes to ROBLOX.com, it can go to another site. I've had times where a person gave me a shortened URL, claimed that it went to a safe site, and I get taken to a not so child-friendly site. |

Read the first post.
I clearly stated that ROBLOX should put up a program to scan the website without attaining the offsets. A program this simple would not take long to make.
Helps against ragequitting and other things.
I believe this makes your argument invalid.

Actually, there is a Safari add-on that tells you where shortened URLs lead to. Anyway, shortened URLs are bad. |

Actually, you can do that on any browser.
1. Hover over the URL.
2. Ta-da, you know where it leads.
Hence the term "It's easy to program".
