Is it just me that accepts FRs on game but the friend isn't actually added to my official friend list? If this is a problem for everyone, when will it be fixed? And if it's just me, what can I do to fix it?

There is a glitch of sorts: You can send/recive FRs in-game, but they won't show on your friends list anymore.
