I think Japanese is one of my favourite languages. I find its more efficient than English, and a few of their hirigana symbols vaguely resemble, and sound like that of our own alphabet. One symbol will represent one or two syllables rather than separate letters. So the sound "no" would have its own symbol. Same with "kudo" "watashi" and etc.
