What does this mean, can someone help me?

Maybe a program on your computer caused the crash? Or it was just a laggy game. |

It means it is unable to connect. Meaning your internet is extremely slow or the place server is lagging. |

some of my games I cant even get into i get like 22 bricks done then it freezes and wont go back! |

Try re-connectiong to your wireless connection.
OR if you don't use wireless pull out the power cord (not much of a techy) from the modum wait 10-ish seconds then reconnect it.
OR close the lid to your laptop for a few second till it gos into sleep mode the re-open it (this works for me when all else fails.) |

Im a scripter, if a place freezes like right after entering it means you forgot a wait in a loop ie:
while true do
print 'meow'
end
that will freeze a place (cause try running print 'meow' and infanant amount of times in a very short space of time.) BUT it shouldnt show that you dissconnected or failed to connect. |

This is an internet problem. You could be having troubles connecting to the ROBLOX Servers. This is usually temporary, so just wait a little while and it should be fine.
If it's still not working, then do the following:
1) Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > RIGHT CLICK on Command Prompt and click "Run as Administrator"
2) Type in the following and hit ENTER:
netsh winsock reset
3) Once you receive a notification saying that the WinSock Catalog has been reset, restart your computer.
This should fix the problem. |

Don't say I'm a noob, I'm using my friends account but I've been getting that message recently, I got another computer but its only happening on this one atm, I'm not concerned at all, just posted this. :l Anyway "COMMAND PROMT" should be safe, If you don't do it right chances are nothing will happen. I mess with it on my schools computer trying to find glitches because it blocks us from nearly everything. |

My internet has 5 bars and everything except roblox games works perfectly fine. I have tried many things.
I exited chrome and went back, nope.
I restarted, nothing.
I did the command prompt, nada.
I waited, no.
It's been going on for about 5 hours just every game:
Connecting to Servers...
Failure to connect to server ID:17
Roblox needs to fix this.

I've done CMD(Command Prompt)before and its safe,
I've looked up my IP address before and all sorts of my PC/Router information.
Plus, there is a "command" that reveals ALL your computer's information!
The command is: ipconfig/all
There is going to be something like C:/Users/"The name of your User"/>

Computer Help Mode:
This issue is very common. Here are possible reasons:
1. So slow! Usually the case is that the user's computer is old or compacted. By this, I mean that there is a lot of programs on the computer that the computer is low on ram or hard drive space making your computer slower and increasing chance to drop connection.
2. Corruption! Sometimes when you download a program and it has issues, the installation might of conflicted with another program on your computer or an update was corrupted. Corrupted means it has an issue or was fiddled with badly. Sometimes your firewall can mess with games.
3. Connection: A main cause is just that your computer has been on to long. Try shutting it down then turning it back on later. It gives your computer a rest which can increase speed possibly. If that doesn't work make sure your router is close by. If it is far you will have poorer connection which causes you to play.
If you can't get it working then just try to play games that dont have many bricks.

Just because you cant connect to a game because of your internet speed or just because the game is lagging.. |

THERE IS A SOLUTION! roblox.com/install it will still install it even if you havent uninstalled it, and it fixed my issue.... in fact it seems to have fixed a couple of my issues |
