At the end of each month the hat with the least amount of sales (created that month) will be made into a Limited item, this will keep the sales up in roblox especially on less popular hats.
But the challenge will be as people start buying the less sold hats at the end of the month different ones will be made limited so youll have to almost buy them all to be sure to get the limited one...
