"milky11111 i don't think your right" Well, he actually is. If you buy OBC on the test site, it won't charge you. And what ever you get on the test site, you keep. And the rest is self explanatory. People make alternate accounts and buy OBC and then buy there T-Shirts, Shirts, Pants, etc. Do not do what I've posted. If you do, may you be banned for life. I'm just posting this so I can explain what this forum was made for.
