Hopperbin Tools need to be fixed

I have heard that in order to stop place stealing, the developers have changed up the hopperbin tools. However, this change has broken weapons made by the hopperbins and people can no longer shoot rockets or shoot any effective projectile with hopperbins; the projectiles are now simply flying bricks and do not do anything. Please, manage the hopperbins to clone and run scripts again, as we cannot fire projectiles now.

I have used both localscripts and server scripts and none have worked after the recent update. The hopperbins worked before the recent update, so the scripts cannot be broken. If there is a way around this, then I would like to know.

The hopperbin tools work in solo, but not in a server game.
