Let me make it clear first, I joined July 31st 2008, although my join date says otherwise.
I remember back, when it was just hats, shirts, t-shirts, and pants. When 1,000 robux got you anything you wanted (so to speak). When the general community was in a constant rush to imagine, build, and utilize everything ROBLOX had to offer. The community overall has had such an evolution, with an absolutely hard, rock solid foundation, to create what we now see here today. I am an average ROBLOXian, with my small group of friends that I've known most for little over three years, and together we've been on a grand journey through the peaks and valley's of ROBLOX. The experience and longevity I still feel whenever I log on to ROBLOX is completely unfathomable. Being that I am finishing up my 3rd summer on ROBLOX, summer is always a great time to look forward too. I have a lot of sports I enjoy playing in the fall, and winter, but summer is my time to game! I am nearing my third year of high school, and my time on ROBLOX is unfortunately coming to an end, and there is still one very important aspect of my stay that has been a constant bother from the start. I have been incapable of leaving my foot-print on ROBLOX that will be remembered throughout the times to come. I am going to list a few of the ROBLOXian's in my opinion are forever in my hall of fame : Armitroner, Stickmasterluke, Sheeppie, theRal, Merely, Lance7, MikeD, Excelerate, HatHelper, Are92, Kuunan, loser123, blockrat, SilentSwords, 1dev2, lando64000, BJB10oz, Tuxwonder, farinhimlich, Plad, Underworldruler, Dued1, Samacado, and many others, some of which don't even need to be named.
All of them have done their part to leave behind their legacy, and have been the groundwork for many more fresh new ideas in the ROBLOXian community today. Alas, I have been left here to bask in the glory, of a majority of these people friends, and some complete strangers. I've given up my patronage and loyalty to all other games in the recent month to focus on creating new ideas for the community and to help others in anyway I can. ROBLOX has come a long way, for me especially, it is no longer a game to me, it's more of a second home. However nerdy it may sound, ROBLOX is one game I will not be able to forget in my upcoming years into adult hood, and hopefully one day I will be on your list of the ROBLOXians that did something to inspire you.
Thank you ROBLOX for your hospitality and enjoyment throughout the years.
To many more! |
