Sticky threads need symbols

I see allot of people post threads on stuff they shouldn't be suggesting. Or suggestions that are not suggestions. Perhaps they skip it because they think it is a suggestion or some popular topic. I suggest we have a symbol on the left side of the sticky thread, other than a star. Add a warning sign and give the title of the thread bold letters. Make the letters red to. That would get the attention of new comers.

I know you can't reply to sticky threads. But still, to some (especially from the forum they come from) it might look like someone dropped an F5 bomb.
