Erm, with regard to fake titles in the actual game section of ROBLOX - there's an element of inaccuracy that could go with this.
Who is to give the moderator the ability to make decisions at their own discretion, to weather a game is in coincidence with its title - and possibly create decisions which remain inconsistent with other moderators whom have taken similar action.
One may argue, rather annoyingly I know - but those whom play the game are typically just children - It'd be stereotypical to state that it's only young children, but the huge majority are. We should just allow them to continue creating games as they please - fake titles require extra moderation power, in the form of the time it takes to enter the game and on the basis of a short investigation - take an action.
The moderation power is unbalanced as it is - this would just stir up more inequality between the different sections of the site.

You know, it wouldn't take too long for a roblox staff member to simply visit a few games on the front page and hand out some warnings/bans...

Well, not ban. But the name would at least get a [Content Deleted] and the picture replaced with the pending image. Definetely not remove the game for those noobs that actually favorite the game.

I think that maybe weekly, If not every 2 weeks they should check the first 3 pages for fake games, Its not hard to check that many. You can ignore Sword Fighting Tournament by Thegamer101. |

Yep, users have the right to name anything they like but they DO have the responsibility to make the content MATCH the title. |
