Same for me D: I can't play on anything, I have re-installed, Re-booted my laptop, Checked internet connection, Restarted, Checked over the file and checked firewall. At first, every game was unavailable, and I couldn't connect to anything. Since I re-installed it Lord knows how many times, Now it just says 'Roblox is updating, Please wait..' Forever. I know it isn't my network or a ROBLOX acting up, Because my little sisters ROBLOX is working completely fine, But I have Windows 8.1 and my sister has Windows 7. I am wondering if Windows 8 or 8.1 is compatible with ROBLOX, Because I was considering membership, But I will not get it if this problem continues. It is a shame if it is not compatible, because I really enjoy ROBLOX.
Anyone experienced the same problem?
( P.S. Please don't tell me just to wait. I have recently waited for it to work for hours, and its obvious it goes on forever. ) |

Actually, your problem can be fixed by just rebooting your computer. Have you tried turning it off and on again? |

Okay, guys: If the player opens and then says, "An unexpected error has occurred and Roblox needs to quit. Sorry!", then all you need to do is reboot your computer. If that still doesn't work, and you're on IE or Safari, go to Firefox or Google Chrome. That should fix the problem. For those who are stuck on the loading screen, I am having the same problem. I believe that it's because of a problem in a recent update. |

I have re-booted my computer, and it still doesn't work. Do you know if ROLBOX is compatible?. And plus, It doesn't say that. It says: 'Unable to join game. Please try again later.'. I have been trying for the past week and still I cannot get on any games. ( My life is on hold XD ) Well, I hope that there is a solution :)

I believe this because a certain virus going around websites called "Harvey" or "Hardey" or something similar. Basically, it hacks into the roblox servers and stop people from playing games. Also, if you log off, it jacks up your pw and won't let you log back in. I SUGGEST CHANGING YOUR PW NOW. |

Don't worry guys, I found a simple solution that might fix this issue. What you do is delete the app from your computer/ETC. and restart your computer. Now, you re-download the app. And now you can play your favorite games on ROBLOX again. Hope it works. |

Sometimes the loading message tells me roblox is updating but the game never opens but after i refresh the page and press play again it usually works. |

It's amazing how glitchy roblox is. If any one is having problems here is some tips. Before I say the tips let me say this, if a technical issue forum last's for an entire year, ignored at that by the technical issue staff, then the staff and admins of roblox are lazy. Plain, flat out, lazy.
Tips will be done for mozilla fire fox, and chrome. Fix's will also be for windows 7.
(Chrome)= Chrome fix
(Mozilla FireFox)= Firefox fix
(Global)= Fix for both browsers
Tips:
Fix 1 (Chome):
Step 1: Click the 3 lines on the top right hand corner of the browser.
Step 2: Click "Settings"
Step 3: Click show "Advanced settings"
Step 4: Look for and click "Content settings"
Step 5: Click manage exception under the section "Cookies"
Step 6: Look for roblox cookies
Step 7: Delete the roblox cookies
Step 8: Restart browser
Fix 2 (Mozilla Firefox):
Step 1: Go to "Tools"
Step 2: Click "Options"
Step 3: Go to the "Privacy" section
Step 4: Click "Remove Individual Cookies"
Step 5: Look for the "Roblox Player" cookies and the "Roblox Studio" cookies and delete them
Step 6: Restart the browser
Fix 3 (Global)
Step 1: Go to "Start Menu"
Step 2: Go to "Control Panel"
Step 3: Go to "Programs and Features"
Step 4: Look for "Roblox Player" and "Roblox Studio"
Step 5: Delete them both
Step 6: Restart computer for reassurance it will work
Fix 4 (Global):
Step 1: Go to "Start Menu"
Step 2: Click the arrow button next to the Shutdown button (has the word "Shutdown" on it
Step 3: Click "Restart" (sometimes all a computer needs is a restart)
As for people with other browsers I suggest changing your browser to Chrome or Firefox. I prefer firefox because it tries it's best to not allow ANYONE to spy on you. |

They wont fix mine and this dang problem has been happening since i started playing i have tried on 6 brand new dang pc's I am getting all of my friends on all of my accounts over 600k people to stop playing roblox for 3 months screw this stupid site untill its fixed roblox is a fun ass game but these things are because of roblox they are not the same builderman or shedletsky its their kids if you didnt know they are stupid kids not smart to fix it. |

Yeah, mine says, "Could not load Roblox Launcher Plugin." with the puzzle pieces and when I click "PLAY" on a game, it tells me to click "Always run on this site". But the thing is, it doesn't say that on there, so I have no idea how to play any game. |

I also have something similar....whenever I choose any game it says download and double click this. So it started downloading, (P.S I have a Mac) and then I double clicked it so it would open, but nothing happened... |
