I sent an email to them saying how they should give REDALERT2 more credit. This is what it said: "I am one of the Sandbox Administrators and I have noticed that you guys don't quite like Sandbox. It wasn't listed in the top games of 2011/2012 even though it has over 5 million visits.. and you just released a post about Fort Borealis when REDALERT2 has been creating his own chat system and leaderboard and a lot of other unique things in a game that promotes creativity! Yet you all ignore it! Please tell me why?" AND they replied with this... "Hello, The best way to have your idea heard is to post your idea on our Suggestions and Ideas forum. Here is the link: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=21 Thanks for sharing your idea with us to make ROBLOX awesome. Thanks! RJ" Like how is that even relevant.. but here I am posting on the forum.. ya happy ROBLOX?

They probably get thousands of messages daily, since the number of users heavily out weighs the number of employees, this might be their only choice so they can work on updates.

Actually, they do read our email depending on the subject. In many cases, I've been banned and sent appeals. They asked me what was the name of my account. When I gave it to them they unbanned me. They also helped me get my account back when it was hacked a while ago.

I totally beleive RED should get more veiws then 5 million i bet if red put out 10k ads and he took over the ad system i bet he could get a easy 10 million place visits but watch out for jaredvaldez RED ROCKS

I am very outraged with things like this. They always ignore things that are important. Remember how veterans pushed forward to NOT have 3.0 released? They honestly don't care anymore. As SOmeone before me said, they just want thier money.

ROBLOX Support isn't going to respond to such a loaded message. They are there to help you out with account or site or game issues, not to answer your personal questions on why a certain's person game hasn't been favoured by them.
