No. Personal messages are sanitized and you cannot execute anything on someone's computer just by sending a message. You're fine as long as you don't go to offsite links or download anything.

No, unless they managed to change ROBLOX's message system and amazing make it so when someone reads the message, a script is executed. No one on ROBLOX has the capability of doing that though.
