Since you need to be on someone's friend list in order to send gifts, it would be useless to beg. "Noobs spamming on placing for gifts" There's always going to be spam. "Noobs getting Items" Nothing wrong here.

You should be able to gift Limited's if you bought them as a gift either before they turned Limited, or while they were on sale as Limited (U).
