I was just having this problem. then I started looking through my browser settings, my Norton antivirus settings, I looked at windows firewall and windows defender. but in the end, my Norton had a notification pop up that said my PC was tuned up, then I was curious, so I tried to go uninstall roblox again and it worked!!! I did not even have a clue what I did!!!

I had the same problem and at the same time when I looked this error up the internet no longer worked, it worked fine on my iPad, when I went to the trouble shooter it said there was a problem with the DNS server. After 10 mins. it worked now.

The thing is, none of these are working. I don't have Norton or McAfee or whatever, it's really pointless. I can't access an administrator account even so, and none of the other ones are working. D:

This is an issue non-administrator accounts may be having when trying to connect to ROBLOX if they have Norton\Symantec or Bullguard. Tell me which anti-virus you have and I may be able to help.

Exactly the same! I think it might be something to do with the connection with the internet. I've tried so hard to fix it, even when it's at fair (2-3 bars), it won't work. I can't exactly help my one because... idk why but try methods of raising your internet lvl.

I Have This Update Very Often On My Window's 7 Computer. Its Very Easy To Me... ===== FIRST SOLUTION ===== 1. Make Sure You Have a Shortcut On Your Desktop Before You Begin (ROBLOX Player). 2. Shut Down Your Computer or Restart It. 3. Click The Shortcut And Let It Update. If Dosnt Work, Repeat Option 2 and 3. If It Dosnt work in 5 Tries, Somthing Is Wrong. ===== SECOND SOLUTION ===== 1. Go To Start And Search Uninstall 2. Under Control Panel, Click Uninstall A Program. 3. Scroll Down to ROBLOX Player and Uninstall it. 4. Close The Window When Finished Uninstalling, Then Open Your Web Browser. 5. Search Roblox 6. Click the Roblox Website and Login If You Hav'nt. 7. Click On Play on a Random Game 8. Let It Install. Hope This Helps! ======

Well, if somebody still having this issue: I have windows 7, and i have same problem. I fixed it by updating ROBLOX: Go to C:\Program Files\Roblox\Versions. Find folder which contains RobloxPlayerLauncher, and just launch it. It will update roblox, and thats how i fixed my problem. I hope i will help at least 1 of you guys.

Does it also do the same if you have Avast or AntiMalware? I have those two for ever and it barely has affected due to recent hacking on ROBLOX currently.
