Hi, and thank's for reading the ART Guidelines and Law. I may have spelled some thing's wrong, please forgive my lack of grammar skills. If you don't understand certain word's, ask the High Commanding [HC] members of ART.

- 1.0 Guidelines and Expectations
In ART we have many expectations, but we still have priority's set as fun. I don't have much preference to being a virtual boot camp, but I do have preference to being one of the top most sci-fi and dominant clan's upon ROBLOX.
- In Official ART Place's we have Gui's that display the ranking of who is ART, and sometimes Allies as well. Anyone with: ([HIGHCOM]: name: chat) beside their name (yes [HIGHCOM]:) must be called by "Sir" or "Ma'am" unless they explain otherwise.
- We expect that you be in proper uniform, depending on the division your in or if there are specified uniform's for your rank, you be in that during ART event's.
- Anything important, that hostile people (anyone not ART is considered hostile) shouldn't hear must be said in Team Chat. On the ROBLOX Classic Chat it is a % (Shift + 5) and at ART bases it is (tc) - remember that.
- I still expect ART members to be the mature ones and not flame, the point of a good battle is to enjoy it. If I do hear "HAHAHAHA U SUCK NOOBS" or "LOL U GUYZ R WORS THN (clan here)," I will probably ask you to stop or threaten a demotion as will any other High Commanding member.
- Respect, proper referral to those higher ranking to you and respect towards those who are lower ranking than you. I always like to see higher ranking member's helping the lower ranking member's with thing's they need to pass the rank tests.
- We allow face's and bad grammar. How ever there is a time and a place for "lol u r such a noob," "haha i r teh pwnz0rz u cnt f1ght," thing's like that. Time's like meeting's where It's been requested complete silence, never the time.
- I really hate seeing when there's the type of High Commanding member, or higher rank than you who think's he or she is the boss and can do what ever he or she pleases because of his or her rank. Things like when were raiding, or defending and this person start's yelling at some one and telling them there no good, well to me that's not fun at all, that's just some one ruining ART and what we want other's to think of us.
- If you have a problem with a high rank, come to me about it. If a higher rank than you is rude to you, Let me or another Supreme General know who can contact me about it. Be sure to supply proof of what this person did that was rude to you, and leave a respectful comment about it.
- When you're playing a game or doing something with another group please be sure to take off the ART uniform. Many groups (including ART) are strict on uniform. The uniform represent's your Artailian pride, and on behalf of the rest of ART and myself please only wear it when your present at ART related activities or hosting.
- Do not advertise your group, your place, a T-shirt, unless it is ART related on the Shout or wall. This goes for any ART division as well. Your post will just be deleted and we will continue to do so. Do not use ART for money.
- Do not use ART for money, don't use ART to get you place visit's, don't use it to buy your shirt's or pant's. ART is a group meant for fun, I don't mind time to time selling a limited or a cool t-shirt that's ART related. If it becomes continual I'll probably be demoting.
- High Commanding member's are expected to have ART as their primary group, their is an exception but you must speak with me about it.

- 1.1 High Command Notes
Do not use the power's given to you to abuse Artailian Soldier's, don't use ART for money. Respect the lower rank's, be a kind High Commanding member open to suggestion's and idea's of all member's.
If you are caught abusing your authority, being rude and ignorant to other's I will strip you of you're ranking and authority.
You are to have your priorities set to be fun, and caring. Don't go AFK at your training's and let everyone go at it and then end it. I want to see more then just plain old boring thing's like free for all's with an AFK HC member hosting it.

- 1.2 Ranking System
Impress the high rank's, show them your dedication, your honor, your respect.
For each rank, you must take a test. You may take this test when ever you feel you are ready and you may take it as many times as you need to achieve the next rank. Each rank the test will get harder and harder to pass, but this is only because we don't want an ignorant High Commanding member. As mentioned before ART's priority's are fun, and we hope to keep a reputation of that.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You should probably expect the test's to include,
- Combat Testing (skills)
- Maturity (how you act)
- Grammar Skills (If you use proper grammar)
- Respect Levels (how well you act towards higher and lower ranks)
- Loyalty (how loyal you are to ART)
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FAIL?
If you fail, you will not be demoted, you will stay the same rank. You will have as many chance's as you want to complete the test. You may always go to a Colonel or Officer and ask them to help you train to beat the test. If there rude about training you, talk to me and we can work thing's out.
FOR HC:
High Command is more personal preference, you must be selected to be High Command, and to rank up you must be selected. There is a possibility of vote's that go on within the High Command.
ANYTHING THAT IS IMPORTANT IS NOT TO BE SAID. LEAKING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION WILL GAIN YOU THE PUNISHMENT OF EXILE!

- 1.3 Officer's
To get to Officer, you require the rank of Marshal (basically all candidates for Officer) and with that comes a very... Complicated test. It'll be based on everything you've been tested on but it will go further into that. That's all I will say about it as we want the test to be 50% unpredictable, and relatively hard to beat. We want the best of the best. Officer's are entitled to apply for Cyborgs! Marshal IS the minimum requirement for Officer!

- 2.0 Founding of ART
The creators of ART lay as Myself, MetroidSlayer, Shellod, and Hunterman250. The 4 of us begun ART and we are shocked at how strong, and great it's turned into! It's a great surprise and honor to even be apart of it!
I myself created ART and did not think I would get it to even 800 and more members, but today we've scene it rise to the current member count!

- 2.1 Originality
(This is a completely fiction story.)
ART and it's people originated from a planet called Artailus. Artailus is a large planet containing many harsh and dangerous condition's. In order to survive we were forced to seek out other place's to live, but the result of that required a military as our finding's was that the universe is a hostile place.
We lived for thousand's of year's upon Artailus, but the recent actions by the 53rd century's people's had caused the planet to begin over heating, the stage is defined as "global warming" how ever the continual use of the resource's upon the planet have caused it to speed up. With the finding's of Blue Energy, we begun to turn our nation's energy sources to Blue Energy.
We are now in the 72nd century and the planet's core has stabilized itself. The vegetation process how ever has excelerated to more then 40% over it's normal rate's.
Living condition's are still poor but we will continue to advance and evolve. Soon we will have our total dominance, and Artailian Colonies will be around the entire universe!

- 3.0 Governor's
ART is run as Imperialism, by definition we are similar to an Empire. Except we unite and govern different parts of Artailia with different Government how ever it is still controlled by myself. Basically, ART will take clan's but we will liberate them but we will hold them under our Government. Useless clan's will be shut down, and possibly passed on to deserving leader's or worthy leader's, likely loyal's of ART.
By definition we are basically similar to an Empire, very slight difference but there still is a bit of one.

- 4.0 Divisions
Division's each have a specific directory, and purpose. All OFFICIAL Divisions are owned by me, or I am apart of them. If I am not in the division, or I don't own it then it isn't Official.
Our divisions are for those who take extra step's, and are some how impressing all of us here at ART. They are not perfect, but they are relatively
pretty good. They will do their best to follow the expectations, and that's all we ask of everyone. It's what they do to help ART that count's, beyond the call of duty, pure honor and loyalty to ART.

- 5.0 Diplomacy
ART has very strict alliance policy's, and we usually don't go to war with smaller clans with less then 1000 members. Quick note, Allies of ART ARE considered to be apart of the Artailian Pact, this mean's we will provide support, advancement's, or what ever our contract and terms are of the Alliance made.
If you wish to Ally with ART please speak with a Supreme General or the Overlord. In which case they will contact me for the final decision upon what you offer and what you're looking for.
If you are looking for war with us, please contact me and we can discuss term's and the overlay of what will happen. ART Supreme General's are NOT allowed to make enemies or accept Allies without my order.

- 5.1 War with ART
In order to get war with ART, you must agree to certain term's. ART is not that specific about it, but as mentioned before there are certain thing's that need to be agree'd on.
As I said before we don't usually go to war with clan's that have less than 1,000 members. With the exception that they have to be able to get more then 15 to a base, if there under 1,000 members.
We don't mind friendly war's but legit war's are more fun, when there's actually a goal involved. Something to look forward to within a war. When it's friendly no one really does much but go "i kill u hahah," many people sometimes don't even show up. We do prefer legit war's.
IN THE EVENT YOU LOOSE A WAR (if agreed upon):
If you loose a war, you are then governed by Artailia. Artailia has some control over you, were not going to be like a boss or anything but we should have some control over who you go to war with and who get's into your HR systems.
The only way to break free of our law's and governing over you is to fight us once again.
Take my word for it we usually just tell you to declare war on our Enemies and support you if you ask us to.
WE ARE NOT, I REPEAT NOT TAKING ACTUAL OWNERSHIP! EVERYTHING STAY'S THE SAME, OTHER THEN US BEING ABLE TO TELL YOU WHO TO DECLARE WAR ON. WE WON'T INTERFERE WITH ANY OTHER ENEMIES!

- 6.0 Shout Tags
When shouting something in ART you ARE required to use a specific tag.
Tags:
[MSG]: - A message containing ON TOPIC thing's about ART such as new's forum link, or recreational purpose. It can also be a warning to certain people.
[TRAN]: - A tag that means "training!" Basically, this tag means were going to have training, and it MUST contain this tag and a link to the place, not just "follow me for training guys!" The link must have an ART related place link, No other group's names, logo's etc in the place.
[MEET]: - This tag means "meeting!" In this shout be sure to say weather it is a High Command meeting or just a meeting which everyone is welcome to attend. It must include a specific link to an ART related place.
[RAID]: - This tag means "raiding!" This shout should supply a link, AND AN HR MUST BE THEIR AT ALL TIMES. The Enemies must be on ART's enemies list.
[DEFEND]: - This tag means "defend!" Using this tag should be used only to defend Allies on our Allies list, or clan's apart of the Artailian Colonies. Do not use this to defend non-Allies.
[END]: - An end of an event with a complimenting message upon the great work of what was done.

- 6.1 Overshouting
Certain shout's will have added tag's meaning different thing's, the following are some examples:
[MSG]: Something - The bracket's are the indication, for just a bracket on each side, it means to just leave the shout up for about a half hour. Note the [END] Shout tag is only ever allowed to have this indication.
[[MSG]]: Something - The indication for this mean's, if your going to shout include the important information that was in the previous in your's.
{MSG}: Something - These bracket's mean: DO NOT OVERSHOUT. Get permission from the person who shouted this to overshout, unless it breaks a guideline rule. The indication on this shout CAN'T be used for training's, raid's, or defend's.
