Add C-Frame Tool

In my places, there's always something I want to do involving c-framing and precise positioning, but I've never been able to do it since there was no tool. @Misty82 - It's for Studio. Tools don't work in Studio. I highly support this. I know how to code it, but it takes forever. I can go into Build mode with my character and make C-Framed trinkets, but making rough landscapes is another thing entirely.

-Superdimensionmatter When I'm in ROBLOX Studio I use the build so I can use tools if I needed to but, I will support because not everyone goes in build mode like me.

Because Edit is there for a reason. It has several helpful features in it. Like a stop play for scripts... Support.

Anaminus has made this own cframe plug in, here's the link. http://www.roblox.com/CmdUtl-Command-Utility-v3-0-0-item?id=56988233 He's a roblox moderator, so it's a trustworthy tool.
