You should make this RPG-ish. :P
You can enable things at certain levels, which give special advantages.
There is a GUI that says "Equip" with stuff like this in it:

Scrap gas mask: Allows you to access radiated areas, and reduces after-damage (radiation poisoning) when hit by an explosive. {ENABLE} Must be: blah blah
Professional gas mask: Same as above, but reduces it to a greater extent, and allows access to more areas. {ENABLE} Must be: blah
Military gas mask: Allows access to all areas, and radiation from explosives have no effect on you. {ENABLE} Must be: blah
[[Warfare Upgrades]]
Marksman: You grew up hunting. Guns are 15% more accurate.
Demolitions expert: You know all about explosive weaponry. Explosives deal 15% more damage
Assassin: You were born to kill. Players cannot see you until you are close.
Recon man: You did recon missions in the army. You can see people/undead from farther away.
Ammo horder: Any gun you find automatically gives 3 mags.
[[Health upgrades]]
Endurer: You are a hard core person and will never stop. +40 to max health.
Medic: You were once a doctor, and know all techniques as to treating wounds. Allows health regeneration, and adds 30 to max health.
Juggernaut: bullets do 10% less damage, but this feature lowers walkspeed by 4.
Morphine addict: Although the doctors scolded you for injecting yourself with morphine, it pays here when you block 30% of all incoming damage when your health reaches 50 or lower.
[[Survival upgrades]]
Hardcore survivor: when you were a teenager, you got lost in the woods and had to survive for 10 days...now, you are grateful that that happened, because you hunger/thirst/sleep bar drain 30% slower.
Zombie slayer: zombies fear you, and not as many attack you. But those that do do less damage to you..
Coffee lover: when you heard the nukes were launched, you rushed to the kitchen to get your coffee maker. Now, your sleep bar drains 30% slower.
Scavenger: the undead and humans and other things have a greater chance of dropping food/water when killed.
This would be like a perk selector. :P thing is, can you script it?

Guest I built the blowtorch my self? Too?
Anyhow, I think the gas mask can be used for radiation, or if there is weather added, dust storms drain your stamina, then health. With gas mask, the stamina bar drains ALOT slower. |

Good idea for the weather.
Who here thinks there should be weather?
Weather (will not be adding anything to this.) Low irradiated rain
Dust storm
Irradiated dust storm
High winds
Coldness (Mostly at night)
Sunshine/Darkness (Effects your screen, brighter/darker)

I know people are going to Scold me for this, but if you heard of the game "I Am Alive" Good apocalyptic game. No zombies, the real monsters are your fellow man.
Anyway, When in dust storms, your stamina drains to emptiness. Then, you enter a state called "Extreme Effort" which depletes your stamina capacity then health. To get out of the dust storms, you must climb to a higher elevation, then your stamina restores to full, but not your stamina capacity, you probably need a rare pill or food item to restore it... Gas mask, when you use it in a dust storm, your stamina depletes EXTREMELY slowly. |

If I get a huge amount of "weather wants" then I'll add your Gas Mask idea..
Just one thing that everyone needs to know...
If any, and I mean ANY of your bars gets depleted, your dead.
Just to hardness to this game.
Also, this game will be very hard to play. So as being a nice Guest, I'm going to add a tutorial on how to play it when I get closer to the Beta-Alpha stages. |

Current scripting level, not able to do all of it at this moment, but I am learning Lua as fast as i can.. So around Thanksgiving, I'll have a demo up.

Here's what I'm going to do first.
Fix some errors in the PipBlox-3000
Make the Crafting script
Make a checkpoint script
Create radiation scripts
Then after those have been completed I'll have the prototype mostly done.
After I get those key components made, I'll add the other stuff..
And yes, I learned that the hard way. :l

ALSO, in your GUI, change the TextBox's and TextButton's "Active" value to false. That way people can't type into it by clicking and typing...

Nothin' like the smell of fresh TNT in the morning: you must craft an explosive
Snipah on duty: craft a sniper rifle
I always wanted to know what it's like being swiss cheese..: craft a machine gun
UMAD BRO? : kill a person for supplies
Level up: level up (:P)
I HATE JOO ZOMBIES JOO NU GET MEH BRAINZ TODAYZ! :kill a total of 300 zombies
Undead conqueror: kill 50 of each undead creature (zombie ghoul etc.)
Ker-POW! :kill 50 creatures in 8 minutes
Wake up and smell the radiation: craft a nuke and launch it xD
Find noobysses: he hides somewhere, and will disappear into the shadows...
And for these objectives, you get rewards, such as ammunition....DERP That would be fun.

Nope just a RP survival(s) called: Apocalypse Rising, Apocalypse survival, Survival 101,Survival 202,Survival 303.
If there is one.. Never seen it.

Water yes, although you don't want to stay in it very long...Might grow another limb...
Boat(s), Yes but only there wrecked hulls.
Car/Trucks(s) Yes, but none-functional ones.
Anything that flys: Nothing will fly, so don't mention about adding anything that does fly.
Food: Found everywhere
Stimpacks: Found mostly in hospitals, sometimes on a dead body, and sometimes in a medkit.
Purified Water: Rare to find.
Dirty Water: Pretty much everywhere, although drink enough of this and your end up like a Ghoul
Alcoholic Beverages: Yes, they each have there own mini perks, But you can become addicted to them and lose walkspeed, HP, gain hunger/thirst as you go through the stages of deprivation. If you get addicted to 2 things, the 3rd will kill you the next day unless you find a doc. so don't drink them. Unless you got something wrong with you..
Nuke Cola, Find these things often, plus when you drink it, you gain 1 extra bottle cap!
Coffee, This gives you 5+ to your walkspeed for 15seconds, after that -5 walkspeed and -10P -10 from your sleep bar.
Chems, Yes. Buffout, Rad-X,Rad Away,med-X. each will effect you differently and can be come addicted to them.. (But not Rad Away)

15 seconds? I drink it and it lasts all day.
How about this: Coffee: gives a 10 walkspeed boost for 60 seconds, but has a side effect:
-Muscle spasms (XD)
May cause you to run in a different direction...or cause you to fire accidentally...and if you drink too much you won't sleep, and will lose sleep.
P.s. for the water, LOL
Why not add downsides? such as:
Caffeine: comes from drinking soda or coffee. Depending on the amount consumed, you cannot sleep.
Inattentiveness: happens when you lose sleep. Reactions are slower, you can't see as well, and cannot run...
Illness: can happen when you go to radiated areas or get bit by something or go to a hospital or something of the sort. I'll leave it to Guest to decide the sicknesses -__-
Carelessness: happens when you drink an alcoholic beverage, or if you contract an illness...you can't see as far, and your reactions are slow. You also can't hear sounds until they are closer than normal.
:P This would make it more realistic....i'm gonna go experiment with GUI's to see if i can help out. Either that or zombies.

Zombies = Easy just look at my FO3 Super Mutant...
Guis = Depends on what your trying to make..
Guns = Easy for some, but not for me or Fire
