A service that will persist through all games *WITHOUT* being a PBS. Why? If you don't want the game to save EVERYTHING so that each person can have a unique server, then it'll get a lot more difficult to do. It's not fun, seriously. As in specific API? The idea itself is complete: it's simply a service that can connect all the servers. Now obviously this would have to have a one server max, but the API would be sort of like DP, except to the server.
