I walk past the two chatting, and try to find my way to class. Aethrin grumbles a bit at the other two, and I shush him. I follow the small stream of kids heading to class, as I am guessing we all have the same classes. |

I looked at phantom as she grumman at the other dragons and people. The teacher counts everyone"there should be 7 of you for class 1 of 24 for each day. There's only 5" She said glaring at me And walled over and went to grab phantom. Phantom bit her fingure clean off. She then grabbed phantom and looked at her in the eyes."Learn to control your dragon."She said. Day one I'm already hated. She dropped phantom on the ground and walked away."Learn to control yourself!"I yelled as she walked away. She smirked then in a couple of seconds I was on the ground by a poisonjaw. An adult at that.

Hot anger boils in my stomach to see my new-found friend be treated like this. Blackie sits up and growls, then leaps at the poisonjaw, white teeth bared. I run forward to catch him, afraid of what the adult would do, but Blackie just sails in the air and releases a jet-black stream of... something. It travels through several startled students and hits the Poisonjaw, full force. It doesn't go through him. Instead? It catapulted him one or two feet to the left. I stare in dumb silence as Blackie lands, thoroughly winded.

I stand up and look at phantom who was running at the poisonjaw. A vey deadly dragon, it weakness darkness. Phantom jumped in the air and made a big thud when she landed. When she landed it was dark. I could only hear the two fighting. "Phantom!"I yell. The darkness slowly goes away and she's sitting on y head."I swear, you going to get us in trouble."I look at her. The teacher looks at me and crysta."You two stay after class."She gave me a hatred look. The poisonjaw walked away out of the arena. I looked at crysta in shock that they beat the adult."Darkness, a great weakness of poisonjaws. If they were any other dragons they would of been dead."Said the teacher. I rolled my eyes. |

I sit/stand impassively, noting the aggressive tendencies of this particular teacher. I mutter. "Needs taken down a notch." Aethrin grumbles in agreeance, a small burst of flame-like material shooting out of his mouth. I chuckle. "This teacher....Will annoy me to no end, but I can annoy her twice as much." I grin at that, as does Aethrin, if baby dragons could smile. |
