High - Quality Decals

Could anyone give me information on how to make decals, shirts etc. look as high - quality as possible? Not sure if I'm supposed to be on this forum but any help would be appreciated.

To make decals you need to use a draw program, MSpaint, gimp , Paint.net . Look in their forums for help on using the programs. Quality depends on how much work you put into it. Sorry I have yet to try decals other than uploading pictures captured from in game roblox.
