Can't you just not allow Gear at all, or only allow a certain genre type? |

So, somehow you would be able to prohibit certain Gears. while allowing every other Gear? |

Correct, so I could allow a bunch of ballanced swords and weapons and make them useable, so I could moderate which gears are used in my game while letting others bring their own gear.

Few things here,
1 - you are not even close to specific enough about explaing your idea
2 - From what I can (and cannot due to lack of info) tell, you are suggesting an idae that is already in place
3 - Brighteyes posted a sticky thread on one of the forums that all signatures are to be only one line long.
