First things first, I am not trying to start a flame war here. I'm just saying what's right and what's wrong.
Second of all, if you just read on, you'll see why this was posted.
Anyways, ROBLOX should just remove any places including Minecraft, Lego Universe, etc. The reason why is because its not fair to ROBLOX or any of its competitors that a version of their game is put on ROBLOX. Plus, it gets very annoying to most of my "friends" saying ROBLOX is a rip-off of Minecraft(Minecraft Classic doesn't count), and it could be because of the Minecraft-like places people are building(using the new terrain generator doesn't count, as that is generated by the player, not the game, as well as it being more rounded and more 16-bit). I'm not kidding, the people making these games on ROBLOX must be either stupid(I am not trying to offend anyone), or MC fans that know ROBLOX came out first, and are intentionally trying to get ROBLOX sued. Either way, one of those could get ROBLOX falsely accused of Copyright Infringement. I really hope this gets some support, because, referring to a similar post made by someone else, ROBLOX is NOT a rip-off of Minecraft.
Yes, I know posting stuff like this is on WNTS, and even if I get banned for posting this, I will still hope that ROBLOX getting falsely accused of Copyright Infringement doesn't happen. |

Then people would jusity that all Cod places should be banned, then any game that is similar to cod should be banned (all war games eventually)

The users did.

They will never get sued because like you said, it is not them that are making the content.
Thus this is nothing to worry about.

I have thought this for along time. I also think they should delete groups dedicated to real life products. I have seen several groups that tell you to profess you love of the Apple iPad by joining the group. But there are a limited number of praises one can sing about the iPad before you run out and eventually leave the group. that group would then become inactive and just sit around wasting space.

No, however they should remove copied games and ban people who change the name and pic of their game every 5 mins. Also all false advertised places should get shut down. |

Roblox is based off of user creativity. A player wants to create a level, that's what they're allowed to do. So no support.
I would love it though if misleading thumbnail/title was reportable, though.

To people who probably didn't read this all of this, it's not places that are based off of things like CoD(CoR:ROBLOX at War is an example) or Pac-man(originally called Puck-man in real life, but changed the name because the name was too easy to vandalize by changing the P to an F), as those are not competing with ROBLOX. It's places that are based off of other games that try to be similar or better than ROBLOX. |
