1: Banlist It would be next to the list of allies in it's own column, since there's a significant spacing on the right hand side of the group admin panel there. You could simply enter a name and click to keep them out of the group. Their join requests would not be seen on the join requests panel by anyone that's a group admin. Let's say you added someone's name and decided to give them a second chance. This is where a "remove" button would be effective. If a blacklisted player tried to join, I suppose there could be two things that could happen 1: A screen that informs that player that he is unable to join. 2: Join request pending, although in reality it wouldn't even be shown. (Tricking the player into thinking he/she is not blacklisted from the group.)

How about just the message that he/she's banned, otherwise support DaRedhawk, forum lawyer and judge

Sometimes certain groups are larger and harder to manage all of the blacklisted people out. It's just a matter of convenience.
