Rating system or scoring of sorts on games or catalog items? I don't see any GOOD reason why not. |

1-5 star rating system:
Most people would vote 1 or 5. Nobody would vote 2 or 3 or 4. That's why not.
Thumbs up/down system:
Alt abusable. End of story. |

ROBLOX is thinking about this already. They said something about it a few blog posts ago.

Droppop. Sorry but your post isn't helping me learn if your say I have a lot to learn. You also didn't state a reason.
Surge. Nobody would vote 234? Nobody is a far stretch to somebody.
I understand you may think people can make alts and give good rating on their place or bad ratings on someone else but there's so much people on Roblox that that won't be a problem.
Froze. I'm sure there are mature people on Roblox even tho that it's not nearly a majority but it's enough. And it's not like younger "less mature children" can't rate a place based on how much they like it.
Cobalt. Really? I didn't notice but thanks for telling me.

All right well I got a few points to state.
- This is useless, the mods arn't gonna post on a thread or look at it due to supports. This isn't needed.
- There are alternite accounts that could spam the like/dislike button on an idea.
- This isn't facebook.

"This place is well-built, but not fun. So, I'll give it a 1."
THIS IS WHY ROBLOX CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS. |

Bleh. Abusable. Noobs will just put 1's for every clothing item that exists.
-ny. |
|

@paramore
Then there could be different categories for games (gameplay, controls, etc.)
@nyan
Then you should only be able to rate the items that you own.

Drop. "This is useless", "This isn't needed" These are opinions.
Of course anyone can make alt accounts but as I stated before it won't be a problem because there are too many people playing Roblox for it to majorly do a difference. "This isn't facebook" Face book isn't the only website with a rating system. And their's isn't even a rating system. Roblox is also connected to facebook.
Rocksrolling. Of course you can do that but like you said "Its almost like we already have one". Almost. It's not something that we can just take a quick glimpse.
Paramore. Yes like the things starman said. Places could be in different categories so they would be only rated for what the creator is building it for. |

Liars. Almost a majority of users are liars. They speak the opposite of truth for unnecessary satisfaction.
Enabling a Rating System is like having the ability to delete someone else's comments. We would do anything to achieve success; even if it means manipulating the community. |

Bvalere. Deleting someone's comment is far from a rating. A deletion would be a administrative ability. No man nor women can unravel another one's mind so how would you know the majority of them would be liars? You haven't met everyone on Roblox have you?
Here's a question. Has Roblox ever tested a rating system? |

GuestIy. 20 alts? Is that enough for it to be a problem with the population of Roblox? I don't believe so. I've also already stated this in an earlier post. |

@cobalt10
They considered this?
...
They considered....
OUT OF ALL GOOD THINGS!!
THIS. THIS IS WORTH IT?!
---
Anyways, regardless of its strange, obnoxious development, I still digress. I can't determine the outcome this may face, but I am certain of this: who would be willing to tell the truth?
"I believe that it is better to tell the truth than a lie. I believe it is better to be free than to be a slave. And I believe it is better to know than to be ignorant."
-H. L. Mencken

"A deletion would be a administrative ability."
>We used to think otherwise.
"No man nor women can unravel another one's mind so how would you know the majority of them would be liars?"
>She doesn't have to know. She can already tell. The community can expose its darkest secrets, even to whom knew them the longest.
"Here's a question. Has Roblox ever tested a rating system?"
>If they did, they would've provided their opinion as to ours. Though if they could still agree to this, they have to know the many ways to avoid certain abusive actions. If they pour their heart out onto this idea, then they must know what we're capable of doing after its release.

I don't see how it would be of any use to tell you the truth. |

"No man nor women can unravel another one's mind so how would you know the majority of them would be liars?"
>Well that's a stupid question.
Its like saying why does a ball look round?
Here's a question: How many people do you meet in a server who claim to be 13+? |
