I propose that there should be a forum which is devoted to anti-bullying by which I mean you tell the community your story about being bullied and they would give you advice. |

Yeah, but bullying is a growing problem, and through feedback from off-topic, some would be good talkers. |

This attracts bullies and flamers. you're making it too obvious and they will get attacked. |

@Aoldman
The internet is not the place to discuss bullying. |

No support. People who are emotinaly unstable because of bullying need professional help, not advice (that may or may not worsen their situation) that they found on a forum. |

Might attract trolls, no support. |

Quiet ironic how people suggest these stuff,
Because a forum like that would only attract them |

Bullying is definitely a big issue and we want Roblox's forums to be a safe space for everyone. However, we're not equipped on our own to deal with a lot of the emotional or psychological issues that come with being bullied-- that's why we direct those with bullying issues to seek support and counseling in their own area and through some useful online resources.
Some of you might have received the "Helpful Letter" from us that encourages you to check out some anti-suicide resources. Now, we know not everyone who is depressed is suicidal and not everyone who is going through a rough time is depressed, but the idea here is to point you in the direction of services and people who are trained and able to guide someone dealing with something like school conflict, family dysfunction, depression, etc. It's also good to talk to peers about this sort of thing, so in that light having a forum where users can go to one another for support seems very attractive... but it can also act as an echo chamber, only magnifying your current feelings, which is why it's better to seek a support group that is moderated by a trained professional.
Unfortunately, though we at Roblox do our best to help our users, we're not trained for counseling and so, we're not the website where you should be going for that care. So I'd have to nix the idea for an anti-bullying/support forum at this time.
What would you say about expanding our Helpful Letter to including resources for things other than suicidality? Things like general depression, or going through a rough time emotionally, or experiencing bullying? If there is interest in this I'd love to bring it to the team's attention. |

I agree strongly! |

No support for 3 reasons:
1. Most kids wouldn't like to share their bullying problems online for a lot of reasons.
2. Trolls, trolls and more trolls.
3. Bullying shouldn't be resolved in an online game community. It should be resolved with your parents or teachers. |

Bullying can KILL a person. |

No support. It's overboard IMHO. |

Wouldn't hurt, but most people for a couple of days would just spam the new forum with "Whoa, this is new" threads. But I say, if your that desperate to go on an internet website for help about your life, that's just sad. Not even 50% of the users even know there is a ROBLOX forum.
