The idea to protect children is great. being reported and banned for 2 weeks for saying crud or _-_-_-_ 900000 time... not cool

If you feel roblox is being over protected and that you're 'all grown up' and can do that stuff around kids while getting away with it, then roblox isn't for you. Go to garry's mod. Roblox is for building and hanging out with friends. Not trying to act what you would call all grown up. And around kids: If they have a problem with what you are doing or saying and/or feel it's inappropriate, then it shouldn't be done on roblox.
