You guys me and Opti have said this many times. DO NOT ASK FOR RANK UPS. All it does is annoy us HR. Also training is not about earning a rank up it is about getting better. Hontsly TRM gives 1 rankup for training and if you are lucky two, and when you are 1 of the 10 people (Which is our average) it is not very likly for you to get a rank up so dont focus on that. I have not really inforced this but I will no longer accpet this and will start giving out rank downs to people who ask me this. I suggest other TRM HR do the same but it is up to you.
