It is spelled "Sprechen Sie Deutsch?" Also, languages can't be translated word for word. Languages have different grammar and expressions, and some words have no equivalents in other languages.

actually, i think there are different words for certain things, because there are some German words i know, and i entered them in English and they were correct.
