The majority of ROBLOX Players are in the USoA. The most time that you can be off is 3 or 4 hours. No support until you give a more elaborate idea

Well if you are american, you can stop mess around here, your word aren't saying anything then to all the others. Really supports this, you should be able to set it to your own time zone. If you couldn't do this it would at least be GMT+-0, it's the worlds standard. And no, i'm not living in GMT+-0.
