No, half of Roblox would quit, Roblox would lose money (because alot of people who make/play war games are bc) then they would shutdown Roblox. Um... No support.

Shut up, I know no person who plays war games, and doesn't care about anybody, and gets into fights. So you, sir, are FALSE. I will seriously ask EVERYBODY I KNOW, and you shall be proven wrong, and sensible? I think not!

"Violent juvenile crime in the United States has been declining as violent video game popularity has increased. The arrest rate for juvenile murders has fallen 71.9% between 1995 and 2008. The arrest rate for all juvenile violent crimes has declined 49.3%. In this same period, video game sales have more than quadrupled. A causal link between violent video games and violent behavior has not been proven (112 KB) . Many studies suffer from design flaws and use unreliable measures of violence and aggression such as noise blast tests. Thoughts about aggression have been confused with aggressive behavior, and there is a lack of studies that follow children over long periods of time. A 2004 US Secret Service review of previous school-based attacks found that one-eighth of attackers exhibited an interest in violent video games, less than the rate of interest attackers showed in violent movies, books, and violence in their own writings (1.6 MB) . The report did not find a relationship between playing violent video games and school shootings. The small correlations that have been found between video games and violence may be explained by violent youth being drawn to violent video games. Violent games do not cause youth to be violent. Instead, youth that are predisposed to be violent seek out violent entertainment such as video games. Playing violent video games reduces violence in adolescent boys by serving as a substitute for rough and tumble play (115 KB) . Playing violent video games allows adolescent boys to express aggression and establish status in the peer group without causing physical harm. Video game players understand they are playing a game. Their ability to distinguish between fantasy and reality prevents them from emulating video game violence in real life." - ProCon "According to new research, violent video games don't always make players more aggressive: it all depends on your playing style. Video games -- especially violent ones -- are constantly under scrutiny from parents concerned about negative effects. Now new research suggests that, counter to prior research, violent video games may not actually make players more aggressive, as long as they play cooperatively with other people. In two studies announced Tuesday, researchers found that college students who teamed up to play violent video games later showed more cooperative behavior and were less aggressive than students who played the games competitively. ..."The point is that the way you act in the real world very quickly overrides anything that is going on in the video games," says Ewoldsen. "Video games aren't controlling who we are."" - NYDailyNews LOAD "*",8,1

star won the thread. And exactly. Technically this saves people. When I get angry, I play games like those to release my anger on players. Because I do this, I don't release anger in the real world. Without war games on here, people would just lash out at people. Plus say for example war games were removed. How would this help? This would just take a lot of people to play call of duty and come back to roblox which does nothing at all. Łïñkíń Pårk

Are you flippin' serious? I'm 11, and I'm not some war obsessed kid! How would you think it would influence kids playing war games?

I can't believe that this is still going. -_- My brother gets extremely violent when he plays CoD so screw your statistics! I have real life on my side!

And CoD is fine if it's not online. When kids get sad and discouraged because people rub it in their faces as they kill them online, that is NOT okay, and shouldn't be allowed to happen.

reaping people isn't as fun as shooting building blocks. Besides, reaping is much more violent.

No. If this idea is implemented, then about 90% of roblox would quit, then roblox might be shut down due to the lack of players.

Not all war games are about finding some random guy 5 yards away and pumping his guts full of lead. Some of them can actually teach honor and possibly courage. Google "Metal Gear Solid 4", "Halo Reach", or "Metal Gear Solid 3" to see what I mean.
