• Confident and professional in communication, thereby able to forge a business partnership with the CEO including understanding his responsibilities, and subsequent demands and availability.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and focused on accuracy, with exceptional foresight and a fairly high stress tolerance. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter - Must be a natural at taking initiative and pre-emptive actions as required to assist the CEO in getting the job done as efficiently as possible. Procrastinators need not apply.
• Flexible - Understands that working for a CEO of a startup of this level dictates that job duties and requests may change on a moment’s notice.
• Loves challenges and taking on new responsibilities and/or projects under deadlines; Enjoys the rush of a productive day.
• Communication - Excellent phone and email correspondence etiquette, especially in being able to deal effectively, professionally and cordially with other high-level CEO’s, investors, board members etc. Must have superior writing skills.
• Advanced computer software skills and experience in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet research.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or Journalism
