I can answer most of your questions. -Canadian bacon is essentially ham. I dislike it, personally. -Canada is mostly taiga and alpine regions, but some of it is tundra, grassland and temperate deciduous. -Our main export is NOT syrup. It is lumber and manufactured goods (products). -We do not all say 'eh'. I certainly don't. Then again, I live on the canada/us border. -Canada is not cold. My region certainly is in the fall and winter, but it reached 112 F this year, and stayed like that for over a week. It almost made me sick. I hate the heat!
