Dx, you don't know anything about the situation, it was not corruption, neither is he a crook. He used city letterheads to ask for money for his charity. That is not stealing, it was just that he used city letterheads for it. They had a vote for if he had to pay back the money that people willingly donated, and they voted no. The only problem was that Rob Ford voted at the meeting which is against a code of ethics.
The Liberal who resigned, Dalton McGuinty, deserved it. He was extremely corrupt. He was supposed to build two power plants in Mississauga (Where Bioiron lives) but he canceled them so he could win two bi-elections. The health minister was in charge of Orange, a public sector company which was extremely corrupt. People knew this, and put the proof of it right on her desk, but she ignored it so that she could win an election, and she looked at it a month later. She was not the corrupt one, but she let it happen under her nose. |
