Here's why we need this:
I go on forum games, you know, post once, and then, I get a bumped little post in My Forums FOR THE REST OF ETERNITY. I currently have a VERY annoying 250 page thread that will NOT go away.
It would be up to the post maker or someone else to make a post continuation, so that if the person who posted there actually wants to post on the forum and gets notifications can go there.
Either this, or just choose not to recieve notifications.

Hello, you must be new. Well, let me update you. I'm Paramore2, one of the most known S&Iers. I like to shoot down people's ideas because if I candy-coat it they won't learn. I'm fairly reasonable with my supporting and no supporting, but I usually don't support idiotic ideas. I've been here for more than a year and will gladly stay. Now, do not tell me to get out of my domain and get with our program here on S&I. |

Quite frankly, you're probably just a self-righteous S&Ier who thinks that being negative makes them a good forumer. You arent some teacher who "doesnt candy coat it so they learn", no, youre just being a negative person rather than providing good insight into the idea. And you know, Im sure that not every suggestion is necessary on here, but it would be pretty nice to be able to remove notifications for these huge threads.
And no, this is not 'Your domain.'

What am I supposed to do? Say "Oh, sorry sweetie. I don't like the idea, but I'll support it anyways to make you feel good?" No. I won't do that. This idea is useless and I would much rathar have ROBLOX work on the things it NEEDS rathar than some little thing so people who posted in popular threads don't have to see something. I have a post in a forum like this, too. But, guess what? I don't care. I see it and just skip it. I have no reason to click it so I leave it alone.
Also, I was reffering to this as my domain as to you. You told me to leave S&I, yet this is my main forum and I'm quite known here. Therefore, by comparison I know more of S&I than you do. I never said I was a king. The reason I said this was an idiotic idea, is because quite frankly, it is. Sorry, if you don't find that helpful, but I have no way to make this better because I don't want to have this implemented. And I'm quite aware that S&I doesn't need me here, but you know what? I am here. So, before you go on your high horse and try to make some silly kid-like come back that will probably make yourself seem even more idiotic, I suggest you stop trying to argue a battle you've already lost. |

Some people feel differently than you. What if a racist ruled the world and said "I hate all of such and such!", then those people would all be dead. This is the same situation, on a lighter scale.

No, I view it as "I either support this or I don't." I only have tp "battle" when someone tries to start something with me because they can't understand the basic principles of how I work. I never started an arguement, YOU, sir, proceeded to call me out and start this with me. I never implied to be helpful to ROBLOX, I'm being helpful by saying I don't support this idea. So, yes, I'm determined to win this arguement, but that wasn't my goal when I first posted here. By the looks of it, I have won already anyways.
