I have noticed, people want to join a group not knowing it is a request, and they send a request and change their mind. But... You cannot undo it. Under "Join Request Pending", there should be a button that says "Cancel". It would be much more simple. On the old one, I did not mean to disable reply's.

like you might have sent a join request years ago and you cant remove it because you dont remember you sent it |

but what if the group is really inactive and you dont know if they declined
they should give you notifications if youre accepted or declined |

I agree 100%. Sometimes you go to join a group because your friend invites you then he leaves and request is still pending. And your just like umm.... And eventually they may except you but it fills up all your groups spots. ( I did not pick the best scenario) But there are an extreme amount of different things that could go wrong or awkward because of a cancel button not being there. |
